my place is the same way....i just have ZERO motivation :( I start and then get so overwhelmed.

I pretty much work in sections. If you try to do it all at once you'll have zero motivation. There's been many a time I just gave up midway. But I turned on some music, took it day by day, and flew through this declutter and clean up 👍🏾
