Like it! Lost World is great. The right tone and vibe and it seemed to be aimed at kids who’d seen the first one and grown up a little. And yeah JW2 was a pleasant surprise. Kinda trashy but mixing it up.

Now don't mind me I'm potato at sculpting but one thing I found out is that a 50-50 mix of milliput and green stuff makes a well workable and sandable compound that has just a tiny bit of spring so doesn't crack or break like pure milliput and still has interesting properties with water unlike green stuff
I transformed the shleich Eldorado stone monster into a Rogue Idol. Even made a tikki tikki mask which moves with his jaw. These are amazing. Great job

Just found this channel and video, and these are excellent. I love the thought processes and logic employed into the painting of the miniatures too, I do very much the same with my completely fictional lizard people I’ve started collecting. I shall have to watch more, especially jungle bases! And I need to find myself a source of plastic feathers, a lot of plastic feathers… The new odd-couple tag team is brilliant too.
How funny, i just bought some misc dinosaur toys from a sketchy China site to try painting them and here this vid is in my feed. I play Battletech, so have only painted mechs, tanks and 6mm infantry. I wanted to try branching out a bit and like dinosaurs.

The CollectA dinos are awesome for this kinda project! I did my own from CollectA feathered rex with a dude I had left from SC box and it was awesome! Also did Engine of The Gods from a trike with popsicle stick build platform. Seriously not worth bying the ugly and expensive Citadel dinos.

I would recommend testors red glue for plastics as super glue is weaker especially with an accelerant. Brilliant paint jobs.
