Cuckoo is a big south Korean appliance maker I also own their rice cooker which I love costed me $400 it's a must have for Koreans thanks for your videos I was contemplating the purchase when I saw it at Costco on sale yesterday now I've made up my mind going to get it tomorrow, thanks again you just made a new fan ;) btw you pronounce it just like coo coo

Hello Sung! I understand your concern. I think DINP warning is mostly for the coated pan of this product. Unless you puncture or scratch the pan, you should be OK. I try not to scratch the pan by using silicone utensils and I hand wash the pan. As far as I know, all bread machines out there use the coated pan, not free of DINP. Hope this helps.
