    I’m looking at getting one of your 120 gallons for my bearded dragon, but I wish they would come with doors that swung open instead of slid open.

      i say it would be better, for set up well no but preventing the doors from hitting something and shattering, well yes

      I agreed until I saw that their sliding doors actually can come completely off! I never liked sliding doors, but the fact they can be easily removed made the tanks SO easy to access

    Please make smaller versions!! These are so beautiful but a 40 gal would be amazing

      Thank you so much! Currently there are no plans to make smaller enclosures for reptiles such as bearded dragons, as the 120-gallon equivalent enclosure has become standard for these lizards! Our smallest size enclosure is a 60-gallon equivalent, which is great for geckos, frogs, etc.

    Iam thinking of making my own cage for a ball with old furniture (tv stand more likely) but sounds like I should build a pvs one or replace the spot I want the heat with pvc and seal it all up

    Will you offer any plain pvc options? I don't like the bamboo print

      We have discussed it but no specific plans at this time.

    • @zenhabitats
      @zenhabitats  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you can! It comes with a 6" high substrate shield. :)

      @@zenhabitats thx also how long do these enclosures last

    • @zenhabitats
      @zenhabitats  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mando_v we have had our personal enclosures for four years with no degrigation at all. We use furniture grade mdf board with bamboo lamenent so as long as they are not in a high humidity environment they should last for years.

    Can I have overhead heating (around 85-90F) like a dhp of halogen with the wood enclosure?

  • @morgan8489
    @morgan8489 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Just wondering, would the wood be safe for a bearded dragon with a basking lamp or would pvc be better for that?

    • @zenhabitats
      @zenhabitats  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, the wood would be safe! We actually recommend our wood version for beardies :)

    Which one would work best for a bearded dragon?

    • @zenhabitats
      @zenhabitats  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Bearded dragons would do well in either! They don't require high humidity levels so the wood version works just fine! :)
