Weekends are hard me for me, I have been coping with loneliness by use of substances instead of technology which doesn’t make feel good either. I like that you touch on the importance to be with your consciousness. I am in that step, where I have to sit with it. I do feel extremely lonely, and it is comforting knowing others feel it too.
Definitely know that you're not alone. ❤ It's hard to find that moment with yourself where you feel truly content/happy with your own presence, without using other destructive things as distractions. Maybe finding simple hobbies or activities that you really enjoy doing on weekends, will also help to ease some of those feelings.
Absolutely! It's a defence mechanism a lot of us use to protect ourselves, but learning to rewire the way we think and understand that we are all deserving of true connection, makes a big difference in not only our lives, but the lives of others.

I think because of the trauma we have been through makes us reluctant towards people even tho we yearn for it
