TBH I was scared when Erwan's team decided to rebrand their channel, because it's such a household name, but they did deliver with flying colors, and now I'm binge watching Fiesta In A Box. Yeay!
As someone from Lucban, and my lolo who’s one of the pioneers of original Pancit Habhab, i felt really proud seeing this on FEATR. However, authentic Pancit lucban, doesn’t have shrimp in it because we’re literally on the foot of a mountain and the sea is far from the area and thus, seafood are scarce. Anyway, kudos to them for learning how to cook this and thank you FEATR for featuring this food that’s close to Lucbanin’s heart and mine as well.

Like have 2 from Ilocos 2 from Benguet, 2 from Bohol, 2 from Davao etc. This is really a great opportunity to show how creative Filipinos are and how flexible and great our dishes. Really. I look forward to contexts like these. I would actually volunteer if this concept comes to reality. I love to share La Union to everyone.

They can have guest, could be a local or a chef or could be Erwan himself to cook the dish first and let the guests watch it so they can see the entire processs aside from the instructions on the paper. 2. The 3 judges can just sit down on the side (tasting room) while watching the 2 guests struggle.😂 That could be more fun to watch. Lol. Mas feel yung "battle" effect ng show. 3. Judges can only comment while tasting the dish para mas exciting.😄 Na lilimit kasi yung fun once nag iinput na ng comments yung judge while cooking. Let them struggle nalang kasi that's the fun right?😄 Then correct their mistakes while tasting the food para rin lesson for the viewers.😊 Those are just suggestions.😄 Im very excited for more episodes.😉🙌 Super great content FEATR.👏
