This procedure is necessary when your iPhone experiences extreme damage or impact, like being run over by a car or falling from a high building. I cover the steps necessary to prepare both the donor and recipient motherboards, including the desoldering and reballing of the CPU, NAND, and EEPROM chips

It is still possible to create a jumper, it is just very difficult and easy to ruin the cpu.

I have done cpu reball on few androids board but never tried on iPhone board
Android cpu swaps are known to be a bit easier to work with, so make sure you give some practice to iphones
