Pac was a very nice, caring , loyal person and highly intelligent one of a kind, but pac was also very emotionally disturbed and conflicted and unstable because of his childhood upbringing. While a lot of ppl in the inner Cities grew up poor, they still had stability in their lives, they grew up in the same neighborhood since a child til they prolly graduated school. Pac on the other hand, was always moving around from place to place in NewYork, then to Maryland, with his mom on crack, he had no furniture in his home no lights. He used to go outside by the street lights at night so that he could read books. Them bounced to marine city. So he learned how to make ppl gravitate towards him, cause he was always resetting and starting from scratch every time he got settled in. Busta, said it best, pac was always putting hisself in other ppls beefs and problem and handling it, to prove to them how loyal he was to them and that he loves them.
