What a beautiful villa, I watched all the videos that Justin and Michael did during the restoration, this is truly my dream home, the view alone is with a fortune….
I know! When you think about it, anywhere else in the world it would be a million dollar piece of real estate. Plus the design is Amalfi without the Amalfi prices!

What a gorgeous home and the star of the show is the sea which looks like a painting. I'm just a little disappointed that the front of the home wasn't shown. But what I see looks like a dream. It's sad that the owners must leave it behind. I hope they got to enjoy it.

It is about 1 kilometer from downtown. It is a very sort car ride or bike ride to services and the beaches. In Summer there is a shuttle that takes you down and brings you back. Baia del Carpino also has private beaches that are super pretty.

WOW WOW WOW - imagine with so much outdoor upkeep someone could be hired in to landscape and mow + you could always change around the tile in the first bathroom a bit, otherwise perfecto!
Hi Estella, I do believe they can recommend a gardener to care for the garden. Of all the properties we have featured I love this garden the most. It is just stunning.

Hi! Yes some of the furniture is included. I think some of the antique pieces they may take with them. They did a fabulous job.
