Honestly it’s a talent of the writers to have Ryuga go from Kid Buu levels of evil to just being the chillest yet strongest mf that doesn’t give two shits about anything but finding a strong opponent.

Kyoya really was legit in this fight. If it came down to just Ryuga on his own and Kyoya on his own, yeah, Ryuga probably would have won, but it definitely was not a case of low diff when it isn't stolen power... At least here, after this Ryuga achieved Superboss status and nobody ever beat him again except for Nemesis, but even then that was a genuine case of the writer's removing Ryuga's Superboss level armor.
Plus Nemesis stole the powers of not only L-Drago, but all the powers from the Legendary Bladers to evolve from Prototype Nemesis into Diablo Nemesis. Also, L-Drago got a pretty significant crack after Ryuga fought Kenta which have also resulted him losing. So in the end the God of Destruction, Rago, had to get a handicap put on Ryuga just to get a win. And Rago was actually getting serious once Ryuga preformed one of his Ultimate Moves.
Ryuga was terrifying to me as a kid. This guy shows up and proves himself stronger than _Kyoya_ after the guy had already gone through his insanity run at Wolf Mountain, and just keeps going. He outright hijacks the main antagonist spot from Doji, to the point that from what I remember, he was outright _killed off for real_ in the manga (unless they revealed he survived there, too) and had to be permanently replaced by Dr. Ziggurat, then goes through this battle with Kyoya... _ AND L-DRAGO OVERTAKES HIM, THE MAIN VILLAIN AT THIS POINT,_ and just goes to town... _and Kyoya gets fucking impaled in front of a live audience._ At that point, we were all hoping for Gingka to win. The Metal Fight series, even with any censorships, _did not fuck around._
I really like the editing for this video! I'm excited to see what else you're going to do on this channel! Also, in a sadistic sort of way, I love seeing the battles between Ryuga and Kyoya, Hikaru, and Tsubasa, those three had the worst endings! One of them got PTSD and the other developed a split personality to deal with the trauma! And Kyoya might seem like he got off scot-free, but man became OBSESSIVE after that loss, so I'd say he's got some mental issues of his own, all thanks to Ryuga. Man I love Ryuga.

When he was defeated he fell down into a deep dark pit and died. Then he came back in shogun steel as a massive robot that could turn into a beyblade and complained that he couldnt drink his orange juice. When they defeated him again his robot body was destroyed and he was killed again. MF only took L's
This is why people love Ryuga. He's going to mess up the main cast, he's going to absolutely be a looming threat. He'll sound threatening, and he'll do questionable and reckless things. But he's gonna look cool af while doing them.
