As an Italian I must say it looks delicious man, if you want to obtain the real panuozzo, it needs a couple of very quick tweaks: you should give it the shape of a flat slipper bread. Once cooked, you have to cut it open with a knife and stuff it. In other words, it shouldn't be a folded pizza.
This would be great for a classic Caprice: Sopressatta And provolone and Pesto. In my 'hood they're rolling it on a tortilla wrap. GReat any way. Hey, maybe even Pistachio in the Pesto!
