how much room you have with shifting foot with the s1 lights there? I have 22 road glide special with stock chopped engine guard and i put the baja squadron sports hanging in the opening of the crash bar and my foot comes close to back of the light. i was thinking going do this same setup and switching to smaller s1 light like in this video. is there more foot room then stock crash bar?
Respectfully, I think Mike is wrong about tying into Accessory. I did this install last year on my Road King and the accessory circuit can handle up to 15 or 20 amps and Baja S1s only needs 5. Anyway, good choice for location, I did the same and agree that it can be too much as turns along with the LP6.
Good point, but I think you could be at that limit (15ish amps) if adding heated gear to the same accessory circuit. Gloves, jacket, pants will pull about 10-12 amps.
@sjbagger you are correct but I just don’t do it. If it was my bike maybe because I would know if I was going to overload a circuit. But on customer bikes who knows where they have been or where they are going next. Some other guy could tie in a bunch of stuff and cause issues.
@@TorqueCustomCycles yeah it’s an RKS so I don’t have anything else pulling off of this so it works out fine. Nice job though, clean setup and switch is also helpful.
So if you are running the side spoiler…. And you get these crash bars… then taking off those little brackets that connect to the original crash bar is okay to take off ? You know what I’m talking about?? Those like O clamps that wrap around that connect to a part of the side spoiler. I have an 22 RG ST, I got the side spoiler off Advanblack, and have stock crash bars.. they make you mount the spoiler to the crash bar
Every time I watch Mike's work I wish I had an independent shop in my area. That I can trust.
Santoro just released brackets for their crash bars to run those or the bigger ones. Looks super clean too
I saw it’s a great design
Someone gonna put 6 s1 lights on their bike now lol
Very clean install. Lights look excellent!
We now make a really nice bracket for the bar to install s1 and s2 and squadron lights and also making the bar re wired as well.
Wouldn’t have found out about Mike if it wasn’t for this channel.
💪🏽
They look good. I have the same exact setup but with Baja s2. I wanted a different light since I already s1 for turn signals
Look 👀 really good. I loved the way that you did it. Nice
👊🏽
beautiful bike ! Adding S1s to my RGS next week!
So sick!! Looks amazing! Keep it up man. Love the channel.
Mi loko that’s bad ass!. Great idea for pods on the crash bars 🤔. Might need to bite that style bro. And do it to my ST. 💪🏽🤟🏼📈
Go for it bro 💪🏽
Got red sliders for that crash bar if you want them! Be happy to gift them bro!
Super dope! Now you need the Baja turn signals😂😂🎉🎉
Nahhhhh too much lights for me lll
@@Marvelkid87 you can never have too much light!!
looks great!

I am 5'8" tall which i believe you said you were in another video. Can you reach the Santoro crash bar to use as highway pegs? Great video! Thank you.

@@donniep75 good point as well. Fortunately I don’t have any additional load on that circuit.
@@SJBaggerthanks bud. When are you swinging by ??

Did he zip tie the wires on the crash bar? Or did he find a way to run them inside if they were hollow ??
Gonna have to do the same 🔥
Right on bro
Clean ⚡️
💪🏽
How come your upper bag crash bars has the Chacho but not the bottom or crash bar? If you could do it again, would you go with Santoro's mount?
Looks wicked 👍🏼
love it
Great video… 🔥 ✌🏾
👊🏽
Did you ever post that dyno sheet for the 2-1 Khrome Werks?
No it’s Not up yet
Looks Sickkk!!!! Mike is a MF Pro man!!
Nice👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Do you have any issues with the bag bars digging in you ass well riding with whr they mount? Or issues with them bottoming out on your shocks?
No issues at all
Omg I can’t see. Lol.
