- Spring Bear Hunting is something I look forward to every single year. So far, I've filled every bear tag I've ever bought, but it wasn't easy. This year, I was more than ready to hit it hard, find lots of wildlife, hike lots of miles, see lots of country, and gain many experiences. I made all of that happen, but some things didn't exactly go as planned... I had my run-ins with 4 mountain lions, a moose, many elk, many mule deer and whitetails, and of course: BEARS. What. A. Season.

Great vid, I am out in May in Montana after Spring bear, coming from the UK. Can't wait just to be out in the Mountains. Not been to the States since 1998 so, pretty excited about it.

Great video. Lots of instructive information. Liked the music a lot, too. You must have been in there most of those times and scenes, pretty early in the season, looks like the beginning of May (saw the May 13th on the screen, snow's gone by May 22 pretty much) with so much snow still on the ground. Again, great video!
Thank you for watching my video!! Glad you enjoyed it. Yeah the snow really lingers in some areas I hunt, elevation matters big time. I kept bouncing around spots so that's why some areas the snow is heavy, and then it's not, and then it is again. We did get some random spurts of snow in the mix too. It seems hunting bears is best in the cold.
