Gotta say, living and hunting bears on the prairies in Canada sure isn't as satisfying as watching Lampers in the mountains. Really wish I lived closer to the mountains to do those treks out there. Although it is convenient living in bear country and being able to hunt 15mins from my house and see P&Y bears. Just no adventure with it here.

Iv used a creek often for cooling meet . I take good size branches and lay them across above the creek. Put my meet on those then cover it with something or even ferns work well. The moving water below it cools it extreemly well
