How would it work if you wanted to leave for about a month to a different city and they return? Another question is how much forward notice would you have to give the residence office in doing so? What are the limitations that you can do as far as adding your own touch? I am a producer with a production studio space needed.
Palms Place is ideal for coming and going as you please. You can manage your calendar and block off dates yourself. No notice needed! Provided your unit isn't already rented of course. Adding your own touch is tough. If you want to be in the rental pool you have to maintain the provided furnishings. They want to maintain a high level of quality control. I own an Airbnb (not a condotel) and what I did was create an "owners closet" in my unit so I could keep personal belongings locked away while I'm gone. Also, at Palms Place the split between Palms and the owners is a 50/50 split. Kind of nice to have 0 headaches of managing rentals but still receiving a monthly kickback! Give me a call if you want to learn more! Always happy to help. 725-215-2154
Ouch ... You went and got my hopes up! 😛 I thought this was a listing. After watching it a few times, I realize it's just a tour ... of my *_favorite_* penthouse on the whole planet! SUCH an amazing home! Fun fact (unless something's changed): It is the highest private residence in Nevada ... 658 feet! Is the Picasso still there? And the DJ booth?
@@LasVegasOlgaMoreno Awww, that's too bad. In the old Hilton & Highland listing by the Maloofs, it was in the elevator hall, and it came with the purchase. The DJ booth was in the loft space overlooking the living room up those funky steps. It was listed for $44 million, and it came with 8 prime parking spaces, 4 on either side of the elevators, a Lamborgini, season tickets to The Maloof's basketball team, and the monthly was $4400 a month. That *_included_* taxes, rights to *_all_* the Palms Hotel amenities, hotel maid service twice a week, electricity, local telephone, and the hotel's cable TV system. You could even get the hotel's room service! I have tried to keep up with it (as you can see). It is my dream space! I know it languished for a long time and eventually sold for $12 million, or so. I am not sure what came with it at that final price, as no details were released. Oh, and one more fun fact: at one time, at least, it was approved for a touch-and-go *_helicopter pad!_*
Beautiful penthouse but a lackluster tour. No showing of the bedroom living spaces or the show kitchen (just the prep kitchen was shown). What about a wine cellar or theater room? Is there a rooftop pool or is it just the hotub shown? I would completely re-shoot this tour and start off looking at an Enes Yilmazer video first. HE is the gold standard of high end home tours without question. Not trying to be mean...just an honest assessment.
That's an insane master bedroom
That outdoor space & view is AMAZEBALLZ!!!
The wrap around patio is my favorite part. Absolute 🔥
Great content. Nice job
Apartment is insane! The views and outdoor space is beyond fabulous. But it's furnished like a tacky lounge
What the HOA price?

I'll take it
Can you do a video with the lights off and a black light search through the penthouse, probably looks like Puff Diddy’s bedroom in there
Jeepers, that place is big.

No longer has the Piccaso. I didn’t realize it was the highest residence in Nevada. That’s awesome!

Of course!😃
Patio is my favorite. However the wind looks super crazy. I hope they have misters in the hot summer .
