Had a hlr and they found a dta no c and p exams for sleep apena. and diabetes and hypertension but under favorable findings they noted I have all 3 requirements for service connection still waiting on c and p exams to be scheduled
I received 0 percent when I retired. I had 6 surgeries, broken bones, Gout, RSD, degeneration of my neck, mid and lower back and this goes on. The Col. refused to sign the document because he stated I should not receive more than my good retirement pay. It took over 22 years to get my medical record. from VA that would support my claims. I want to file for back payment from my retirement date as this was my right and his refusal was not based on the injuries, How can I file to receive the back pay?
Sometimes you just have to hire a Lawyer like from Vet Defenders organization to help! yep you have to pay but they can do a lot for you they charge about 20% of your earned back pay! No charge if you don’t win! It’s an option to hire if you need legal help good luck! Also My health Vet can be an avenue if you prefer to seek and apply your self for benefits and other such as finding health records or submitting evidence!

questions make no sense. BB o's and LLC's. I was recently diagnosed. With prostate cancer. I'm 55. It's a class 4 and a level 8 gleason. These last couple months have been very stressful. Not really knowing anything about it. Or what to do with myself. And it doesn't seem like the v a's very much help. Update giving me a choice to do hormone therapy. I'm some kind of radiation of the unit. Order to have it removed completely. But they've more left left it in my hands. And I don't feel capable of making any decisions. Concerning my health. So Yesterday I canceled all my appointments. And set up an appointment on the eighth with my primary care who I haven't heard from since this began. they gave me a packet. But it really seems just like nobody cares. They gave me the priest pamphlet. But why wouldn't he get a list of numbers and just call people who just got cancer to console them or speak with them? Or why wouldn't my primary care contact me? And set up an appointment so we could discuss this. I've just never really been good. At getting around In fact, I prefer not to leave at. And it just seems like they've never even wanted to do a real diagnosis of my mental state of mind They just see you Once a year. And see you looking all chipper and happy to see. They don't realize it's one of the half a dozen times you've been out all year they really don't know anything. Much,
Most veterans should not poke the bear, but if veterans are 100% (less than 10 years) for PTSD, married, and have a heart, OSA, type 2 diabetes, or hypertension condition, they should poke the bear.
Thank you for all you do! I was wondering when Carol would be back live? Happy New Year

They're the ones to ask, but I wonder if this would qualify for a CUE claim.

I know a lot of veterans who have filed claims without medical records. It is very good to have them but it is not a requirement.

A veteran has to file a claim and get denied to be considered to file for a CUE.

Much,
That sounds really tough. I wouldn't know what to do in that situation. Get on the phone and make appointments and ask them for help.
