The government hires IRS,FBI, agents. But the va processing claims need to be hired and to educate them so claims are processed in a timely manner and no problems with errors do to stupidity or outright deny benefits due to ignorance.
I applied in ‘04 for lower back pain and was promptly denied. I didn’t know to appeal (knew they said I could just didn’t know you always have too because that’s how they operate). I’ve now lived with pain for years and finally in ‘20 had a Chiropractor do x-rays and see immediately that I had an “old break” in a lower vertebrae. I have now re-filed and requested my x-rays from then which DO show the break. I was airborne infantry while on active army. The “report” from back then simply says “lower lumbar normal” LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE. I also have multiple in service complaints of pain and noted x-rays but I haven’t been able to get these x-rays yet. Do I have a CUE claim for an old original claim date to 2004?
Congressman and Senates don’t answer their phones. I have filed complaints with congressmen and senators and veterans hot line for over 7 years no response and nothing changes. I call the crisis hot line and they are constantly hanging up on me.
Hello, I had a kidney removed last year due water contamination at Camp Lejeune last year. I've had 100% disability rating for the past year..now VA says they are REDUCING my benefits to 30% because my GFR is in the 48% range. ..meaning I'm in remission. Going from $3600 to $750 a month. Big drop. I have LOW blood platelets that are at 80,000 units... which is supposed to be in the NORMAL range of 150,000/200,000 units and I have sleep apnea, anxiety, have seen mental health, ALL of which are under reviews with doctor appointments. How do I get the percentages % back up? Thank you!
❤I so enjoyed your interview. But wish I could interact more. I have been under rated since 1995 and now through you all and dewayne educating me. I feel I have chance to get even. If I don’t die’s first. Jim Smith , combat medic Vietnam 😂
The VA primary care doctor controls everything whether you get Consult medication’s whether you get you know service connected disabilities because what they do and don’t do affects your service connected disabilities. But who controls the primary care doctors the VA so if they don’t want you to have something they just tell the primary care doctor not to put in a consul or not to you know give Pay bowl letters Stuff like that so that’s why the VA should allow veterans to go to Savannah primary care doctors who don’t have to answer to the VA and who probably would give the veteran a better shake because they don’t have anything in the race whether you get Consult medication, disability compensation, the VA primary care doctor does.
I am 90 percent overall 70 percent ptsd due to mst should I apply for tdiu and will they back pay the claim first claimupon retirement. with approved legislation in 2023
If your rating is 60% but you are being paid at 100% because of unemployment due to medication how do you try and get a rating for 100% instead of 60% or does it matter
This is a tough question because you have not given enough information. How long the veteran been 60% and what is the veteran service-connected for? What is the veteran non-service connection conditions or non-service disabling conditions.
I am getting TDIU P&T, I am also getting Aid and Attendance from CareGiver company hired by the VA. I was wondering why I am not be getting SMC-L automatically. So I should file for it and on what Form?
I am 10% for tinnitus and just had a c&p exam on Tuesday for another claim. My Doctor is writing me a Nexus letter as well. I am sure the claim will be denied. What should my next steps be if that happens?
I am so glad you all handling my case and pointing other Veterans to your Lanes! OORAH Semper Fi and Can Do
Can y'all share more on the camp LAGUEN situation please ?? I'm getting allot of misinformation I think ☹️
Great video

I really need to talk with Ponton or Hill, I have a case that you need to hear about.
What about Congenital vertebral anomaly as a presumptive service connection.

Very informative. What does “CAR” in CAR HLR stand for?
