I have never tried, I'm afraid it could turn out a bit soggy. Usually when I make eggless cakes like this one, I balance the ingredients very well; sometimes it's not enough to just replace the eggs with something else.

Yes, as I’ve written at 3.11 you can use cranberries or red currants, it depends where you live. Here we only have fresh red currants 😉 happy new year!
