    Will not work in a few weeks …. Will not hold cold temperatures…will stop working completely

    I hate my spypoint. Hell of a long steep walk to it and it quit. New batteries and quit after a week. Spypoint said I need to go to the camera and reboot it. My last spypoint.

    I put a 64gb sd card in and it’s not connecting so I’ll get a smaller one

    Can you buy a Spypoint camera in the USA and use it in Canada (as a cellular camera)?

      Hello, to answer your question, no, it's not possible because if you purchase a Canadian model, it will only be compatible with Canadian cellular networks such as Bell/Telus, Rogers, etc. and if you purchase a model of the USA it will only be compatible with cellular networks in the USA such as Verizon, ATT, Nationwide, etc.

    My LM2 takes frequent pictures of nothing even with low sensitivity and it wasting storage on the SIM card

    We bought six of these cameras. Immediately had problems with false triggers. The firmware update download from the website corrected 5 of them, but the 6th one wouldn't stop sending pics non stop. They sent a replacement and it does the same thing. Over 50 pics in an hour. Did the firmware update,no help. Repositioned camera no help. It's completely dark out now and still sending false triggers. Sending yet ANOTHER replacement camera. We just got the first one yesterday. A very frustrating experience so far. Every time we contact support (obviously in a foreign country) it's the same thing. Do the update,do the blank wall test,do you have the camera with you now. Had to go foul up the woods 4 times in one day to appease them. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of having the cellular cameras

    Why can't you use larger than 32gb

      With the exception of the Flex series, which has the capability to accommodate up to 512 GB, the rest of the cameras are restricted to 32 GB.

    I have 2 LM2 one works fine the other doesn't I have turned the camera off pulled the sd card waited for a minute and reinstalled the sd card and turned the camera back on it took pictures for a while but stopped

    DO not buy they have horrible non english speaking customer support who refuse to send your issue to a higher level support. The answer for everything is to change batteries and sd card

      Do these send photos all day or just once a day I set up got like 25 pictures nothing sense?

      What?? No "do you have the camera now?" Did you update the firmware? Did you do the blank wall test? Had to contact them 4 times about one camera before they replaced it. Went through the whole process every time I contacted them.

      Hello John, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your new purchase. Please make sure all of the batteries are the same type and never mix old and new batteries. Always use brand-new Lithium (Non-rechargeable) or Alkaline Batteries.
      1. Push the battery tray upward towards the metal contacts, and make sure it is not loose.
      2. Hold both ends of the battery tray and gently twist the battery tray in the opposite direction. It will help the batteries to make contact with the metal pin.
      3. Replace them properly, push them gently, and make them roll a little bit, so the contact will be made with the metal pin

      Hey Preston, if the scan option doesn't work, you can enter the activation code manually. The activation code is an alphanumeric code composed of 11 characters separated by 2 dashes. Here is an example: ABC1-DE2-F3G4.

    How do you set date and time? All my photos have the wrong datenand time stamp

      Hi Jack, it could be that the camera is taking the time from a cell tower that is in a different time zone, which is typically only an hour’s difference at best. If the time is off by much more than that, the problem is the firmware, and it needs to be updated.

    Would not work. did not update on its on. Called support. told that I needed to update camera through sd card. Sent me a long list of items/stages/steps to go through. After 30 minutes gave up. Sent camera back. did not want a problem but a solution. Not a computer giant and certainly not wanted to follow 30-35 step 2 stage tutorial of steps I had to take!!!
