If you hover over the amount going to market you can see who is buying what and what amount isn't being bought. You only get factories for the amount other nations buy, not the resources to market. Probably could have explained it better but I'm not great at explaining things.
Pravus, I love this series but I think you misunderstand the trade mechanic. You only get factories from trade when people buy them from you, which the AI will only do if they need the equipment. Furthermore, in your case the reason why you didnt get more factories after trading more goods is because the AI wasn't buying all of your resources. This means that even though you will have more resources *available* for them to buy, it didn't matter because they could buy more already, they just didn't need more.
Reinforce rate refers to how quickly units join the actual battle instead of staying in reserve, if I'm remembering correctly. Only units actively participating in the battle count towards winning/losing it, units in reserve don't contribute to this. Let's say, as an example, you have 17 units defending a tile with only 2 units in battle, and with 15 in reserve. If those 2 units are defeated, and none of the other 15 reserve units reinforce in time, you will lose that battle, regardless of how many reserve units you've got. (Do keep in mind that reserve units can only reinforce a battle when there is enough combat width available) (This is what I remember of the top off my head, ignore me if I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me in that case)
For the 2ACW, you can path it to have anywhere from 4-way, 3-way, or 2-way. In this 2-way, they elected Floyd Olson and sided with the syndicalists to get some concessions through congress and upset Huey Long to make this version of the civil war. You can also have the Feds Vs syndicalists, and feds vs syndies and AUS.
I know you can get reed on your side with olson but I didnt know you could also get long to be on your side. Also, in earlier versions of Kaiserreich there was even a route to ally with the reds and assassinate long to fully skip the civil war.

I've seen playthrough where Russia is late in expanding and because of that its neighbors were already aligned with Germany's faction thus forcing Russia to take on Germany and its alliance too. To avoid being overwhelming, rushing going to war to take on your neighbors one by one where since they won't be in a faction, they'll be weaker and much easier to deal with

i keep seeing pravus play HoI4, and i keep wanting to play it myself, but it's always $70+ even with the sales T^T it's so hard to get into games when they go with the "death by 1000 DLCs" tactics
I mean it and it's dlcs are on sale right now. Get the base game and as much dlc as possible. They'll go on sale again in the future and you can get anything missing.

There are routes for different types of wars, it can be a 4-way, 3-way or 2-way depending on who won the elections and what decisions were made before the CW. In early versions of the mod there was even a rather complicated way to fully avoid the war which made USA really really OP
nor bragging but i won ww2 using *UMC* mods using paratroops i took poland and france in like 8 weeks total then britain took like 3 months won ww2 in 1940 so it weren't even able to class as a world war world war is many powers over many years
The New Order mod is really good and well made with a ton of thought put into it and its story. But i cannot for the life of me get into it. The amount of pre-chosen focuses and technologies for the few countries that have them in the first place is just a slap in the face to the players. They spent more time adding focuses that will never be used to the major countries than they did adding literally anything to the rest of the world. It’s detailed approach to equipment and combat is nice but can get very tedious after a while and i think its take of democracy is very accurate and well made but also gets very tedious very quickly when playing as America.
I think the reinforce rate doesnt have anything to do with how fast your divisions reinforce other divisions. Thats just division speed. The rainforce rate is about how quickly your troops get supplies back such as infantry equipment or manpower they lost.

Not only did someone manage to make people believe Nazis were the opposite, evil side of the coin to socialism (as opposed to being just another flavor of it), socialist and especially post modernist ideology has been festering unhindered since the Nazis were cut down. Post modernism has permeated so much of our everyday life and lead to the clusterfuck we're now living in. So ideology has been with us for a century and probably longer. It seems mankind cannot wean itself of it.

Base reinforce rate is 2% if I remember correctly which means that there is a base 2% chance every hour for the reserves to actively join the battle
