Dps artifact will be great for score bored chasing players. They'll say they're OP because they're killing themself to get more damage out and blame the healer because they die. Healing artifacts would be great for electric And nature since they don't have a 12 second Hot like the other powers. Tank artifact seems pointless but figured they do something for the lasso since it a WW episode in the new age of artifacts. They should have keep it the same but for each rank just make it pull more and the CC last longer. One they run out of ideals they raise the ranks to 240 or so just to get the extra money because they cant push crap artifacts anymore.

Curious if you use that dps artifact as a rage dps, would you be healing back all that damage you’re doing to yourself with severe punishment? If so, could be somewhat viable considering rages’ 35% is definitely part of its melee bread and butter rotation and is also aoe which is a plus.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm on console so I'm assuming this from watching your vid, but I think the stacking heals for the purple light art are judged by your healing numbers. The more health you heal, the faster it stacks because you have to heal (@ base) 5x your resto while (@ Max) it's only 4x which explains why the 160 was taking longer to charge. So the higher resto you have, the longer it will take to charge depending on the numbers your heals hit.

None of these new arts are worth $200+. Wai- No artifact at all is worth $200 and the price of getting to rank 200 should cost $50 *AT MOST* . I have little to no desire to play my main role much less different roles for the simple fact that it could cost upwards of $600 or about 10 years if I'd like to be efficient. This shit is unheard of, literally surpassing the pay 2 win aspect in every korean game I can think of which are normally built around being p2w from the ground up. Why even have so many artifacts in the game knowing damn well noone's willing to drop the cost of a PS5 Pro on a new set. Prices need a serious evaluation. Could be thinking about the dps art all wrong but if you use with rage and heal back the damage you put out anyway u could actually stay alive for a few rotations then use the finisher ?

Orlando Prisk I don’t use orb though. It’s such a play style adjustment I can save tanks when I pop SC. My 3rd slot is kinda empty now I put strat and page of destiny just rotate yk
I'd run the strat or trans, both should be at lvl if not at least one because that's the go to dps artifacts at the moment. I'd run both with the scrap because with your HOT you'll get great crits on players and NPCs plus you'll get the hot for every crit. And if you drop 4 pools that's even more. With that being said it's up to your play style. Scrap and eye is great if your running a 25% not so much if your running a 100% but like I said depends on your play style.

one of the parses i measured you were roughly doing 29.3 percent of the damage to yourself, would it be worth it not knowing when you are gonna be damaged is quite a huge risk to take it seems.
I feel like the dps art is for dps who play in tank role as fire or rage since your attacks heal you and do damage I can see this being perfect for rage though honestly.
Think they should sort out the art like first if I got one at 160 and choose to break it through it should go to 160 no matter what or if I have 200 that should go to 200 and secondly seals need to be drops or source marks option

Tbh I wouldn't use the page because with all the heals going on with the other powers and artifacts effects the page doesn't really work much. I've yet to see the page work in running it in raids. The orb, strat, and, trans are the ideal I'd replace the orb after the new artifact comes out so you can spam the priority heal without it being a power issue. But it's all situational. Is an extra HOT really going to make a difference or an extra shield. At this point if your a good healer I wouldn't change anything. If your not then trying a new artifact might help if artifacts are the issue and not SP. Not saying anything about you just a general statement.
Page procs for nature are a lot different then burst healing powers but page definitely works still for nature just not as crazy as elec when I’ve had my page procs full life people with elec.

If your running elite content people in the group are dropping below 40% constantly especially in clock tower elite and Fbe also I don’t recommend using the page at all unless it’s 160 and up it’s just a personal opinion. The Star heart is super out dated for healing at this point I wouldn’t recommend it at all

Aaaaaand that last artifact is just why, WHY!!!!!???? Sure the concept is cool you’re practically killing yourself using a power but always getting some self healing back with a finisher but u see, not all powers in the game can work out with its finisher move...but still it’s kinda cool too but based on what I saw I’d say it’s needed for a better upgrade. If I had to pick one I’d just pick the Lasso of Truth cuz yes it’s only stunning 1 target but like I have other moves too that can just quickly take out the other ads while they’re just all clustered up together. Really wanted an artifact for the frost breath iconic cuz we got one for heat vision so isn’t it fair if we get the frost breath too? Just saying. Also your frustration at 18:38😂
I like the idea behind that Lasso artifact, but the fact it doesn't stun all tethered enemies does make it a bit pointless. My fire tank main does actually use the Lasso in her main loadout, so I might try it out, but I refuse to pay money to level up artifacts so I'll have to level it up the slow way. By patiently grinding for months. Trust me, it's an agonisingly slow process!! I literally play the game every day and I've only managed to get 2 artifacts on my main character up to 160! The devs are kinda starting to take the piss with the amount of artifacts we have now. It's impossible to keep up if you don't pay!

he just said lamort because you'd be using your finisher often, but you don't want to use it that often because it will keep your might bonus stack lower so I wouldn't run la-mort in this setup myself
That dps artifact is literally only good for rage melee and only because of severe punishment. And trust me if you don't hit consistently E-chain...you'll see a loading screen in a few seconds..
Larrynko1 for when the tanks don’t do it properly. Controller crowd control was ruined at stats revamp with the breakout profiles so now it’s better as a tank to do everything because then you control when the adds would be immune instead of the controller taking that away from you

I honestly believe a quantum dps rotation of lift>grav-field>HV>expulsion w/ robot sidekick and oblivion for single target is going to be savage.

NM7911 no, keep Page it’s technically the better artifact, if anything drop strategist but if you electric dps you’d want strategist for that

Why does charge go from 5 times your total restoration down to 4 when you reach 200
so you can proc it faster, it will take less damage to fill the bars at 200 than it would at an earlier rank

That dps artifact is literally only good for rage melee and only because of severe punishment. And trust me if you don't hit consistently E-chain...you'll see a loading screen in a few seconds..

Larrynko1 for when the tanks don’t do it properly. Controller crowd control was ruined at stats revamp with the breakout profiles so now it’s better as a tank to do everything because then you control when the adds would be immune instead of the controller taking that away from you

@@wisewordsfromr8310 Well all I know is it better not lol. When I'm healing or tanking I like to look at who's receiving what damage and if it's more than tank I'll ask them to backup a bit or try a different strategy (unless tank isn't holding agro of course)
