Yes, Tamiya took an old kit and made a really slick car with all the tuning options it used to lack. Although, I've really enjoyed racing the Euro Truck class based on the same chassis pan (TT-01). did you have problems with the steering blocks not letting the bearing sit down deep enough for the axle retaining pin to go through? ....let alone were you able to add the prescribed shims on the axle?
Sorry, I can't answer because I had to stop building... my 96yo mother was diagnosed with cancer and need a lot of care and then passed away 8/3/23... plus I'm going through a separation. Honestly, I don't know when I'm going to get back to making videos.
Sorry I’ve been going through a really rough time. My 96 year old mother was just diagnosed with liver cancer. I’ve got some video I haven’t edited yet but I haven’t finished the car. I’ll try to finish it and post videos by the end of September but no guarantees. Also I doubt that I’ll get to the races the rest of the season. I’ve been meaning to upload a video with a general explanation. I’ll get back into the hobby and videos as soon as I can. Thanks for watching. CJ

Nice tip about the silver sharpie. Some shock pistons are very difficult to read the tiny numbers. That is genius
