Very possible, in my next of the woods it would not be an issue.
Seems like a great idea but…..it covers your DOT sticker which you must display and prove your helmet is DOT approved or risk a ticket. Sad the R&D behind the product didn’t consider this or make a smaller one/mounting bracket.
