My headset doesnt connect to my laptop anymore it only connects to my phones even when bluetotth is turned off on all devices but the laptop. This is the first time im having this problem. It always connected in the past.
Thank you, wasn't in the manual guess they sent me headphones that were NOT already paired with the adapter... My daughter is happy now. Also sucks her asus mobo doesn't have bluetooth even though it was a gaming model... smh
Currently bought this for my kids birthday, i cant seem to get it working wirelessly on a gaming console. I have tried resetting the dongol but it doesnt work. I can connect to my phone through bluetooth wireless. Any help and guidance would be great. Thanks
I had to return as it doesn't connect wirelessly to a console. It only connects through the wire. Was a shame to return them as the design was perfect. Ended up going for a different headset altogether. Sorry to let you know but I'd refund them
I just turned on Bluetooth and searched for new devices, it came under somic headset if I remember correctly. I ended up returning and getting a better headset that was able to connect to a console aswell. Such a shame as the headset is really nice
Hi recently got these off Amazon the dongle isn't the same in the video so I can't even reset the thing to get it connected on my ps4? Is there some other way to connect it??
IF YOU USE FIREFOX AND ARE HAVING PROBLEMS DO THIS!!!!! right click the speaker in your bottom right tray and open sound settings. scroll down to "advanced sound options" and click "app volume and device preferences" for whatever reason, firefox almost always goes to realtek whatever. put it back to default or pick your headphones. woila. dumbest issue of all time. windows 10 is a joke with stupid errors like this, probably because it just doesn't like firefox stepping all over edge and chrome's toes.

Does the mic work on Xbox? I have it connected through 3.5mm jack- I have audio. My mic isn’t working tho!
Help, mine turns on for only a split second before the computer says "USB Device not recognized". It's brand new and I can see it in device manager.

I just bought it for my ps5. It connects for about 10 mins and then randomly shuts off. Idk why it's doing this

Wireless model only has the left ear functionning, but both working fine when plugged in with a regular jack cable. Any idea for a solution?
