You should make a video about MyDockFinder! It's an incredibly accurate macOS replica for Windows. It has the dock, menu bar, launchpad, all the visual effects and everything you'd expect from a mac. Also very customizable

I've tried this, and really pushed it to the limits but I found it was to buggy. I'm happy running open shell with the gold menu and mixing in with some windows 10 themes.
One of the problems with Windows X's theme packs is that if you are not careful, it sends you to their site whenever you open a browser.

Or worse, give you white screen, that happened to me, I decided to just use flyakite OS X cuz it is FUNCTIONAL THAN THIS. If you want to be safe, DON’T USE WINDOWS X LIVE. of if you want to, I will see your pc at it’s funeral.
This would be great if only you could actually install the Mac OS UI mod as well so the windows actually look like Mac OS windows.

you can do a more manual transformation with droptop 4, a custom dock, a custom theme, and a few icon tweaks
You should try the Mac OS Lion transformation pack for Windows 7. It‘s a bit old but it‘s the best transformation pack. I actually used it on my daily machine in 2011 when I was too young for a mac 😅

Mine looked like that i had to manually modify the dlls and exes and install a mac os skin pack to modify the the icons and the close buttons

This is one of the _worst_ transformation packs you've covered... Heck, even in 2003 there were better packs for the then-current versions of Windows. They'd obviously transform to a different version of OS X, but they did a *WAY* better job than this one... Perhaps you'd have better luck if you'd have used a fresh VM for this pack, because it's obviously been unable to apply certain required settings.
Back in the day, I've even had a transformation pack that depended heavily upon Windowblinds to transform the GUI to Mac OS System 9. It obviously also used all kinds of other tools, and essentially did an excellent job of copying the experience from System 9 and kind of carrying it over to Windows.
Keep doing what you do, though, because I love your videos!!!
This. I used to use an OS X Snow Leopard skin for Windows 7 that was better than this.
Linux distro to MacOS is probably the easiest customisation to do and prob has the best dock experience .

This is a good idea! I've been suffering with this but Windows 10 just refuses to accept the Aero Glass Frameworks and themes I find and it bricks itself, leading to numerous reinstalls of Windows 10. I would like to see a working solution for the Windows 10 May 2019 update.

@@Arctic740 It's too barebone for me. It doesn't have Groove Music, which became my favourite music player over the years. It doesn't have the Microsoft Store on it to install Groove and it's too barebone for me in general. But maybe I could try it out if I could patch the Microsoft Store into the OS.

Do not experiment with that a lot. I where doing the same stuff trying to make my windows 10 look like mac os and in result I got unusable windows 10. Try making some backups before doing something similar.
Any idea the difference between Transformation Pack and UX Pack?

You installed this on a Windows 10 installation you installed an XP transformation pack on. Even if you tried to do something about it, this is a mess You can still see XP-style icons on the desktop, that's terrible.

That left sider error, what i was thinking it was is that you know how you exit applications you have the X, Square and the Two or Three Lines... It might of changed them to the left hand side but in a Mac style?

As cool as these packs are, I do not suggest using any of them. The first update to Windows could damage it, and it can make certain applications behavior unpredictably.

Hi MichaelMJD i have a problem wit that transformation pack when i start my pc it will do a runtime error 216 and the changes i do to the dock or anything different wont save pls help
i need a password to unzip and when i try to click on the pasword key link it ethir does nothing or takes me to random sights like rentels or a random download i have to stop plase fix the link i cant do enything and ive ben trying to customize windows 10 like mac os for a while now bucse i cant install mac os what do i do?

It works closer to Mac OS, but it doesn’t LOOK like Mac OS. At a very basic level,it still had that garbage Windows font under every icon with the too black drop shadows. How do you change THAT?
In the "Special effects" Settings on control panel, Disable "Drop shadow under icon titles"
