So I’ve been enjoying my OmniluxLed face mask And glove, and I am back to considering micro current. Initially myolift but now nuface… I’ll browse your channel for more microcurrent related videos just in case
I still use the ZIIP, but only because I like that it is lighter and more sleek than the Nuface. I don't think it makes a difference which one you pick.
@@DoctorAnne I’ve rewatched/relistened your RF at home device. Also the comments. Maybe it’s a good idea I should drop that idea of fat loss with at home RF device altogether. I’ll keep reading/listening:watching reviews related to RF at home in the forthcoming 2 weeks and see how I feel about RF when Black Friday approaches. Thank you for your factual approach to reviews, Doctor Ann.
I can imagine this routine in the morning works very relaxing..... besides the benefits...... The discipline to do this on a regular basis seems a little challenging.. Thanks Dr. Anne for sharing with us your approach to this type of divorces .
I don't have the mini so I can't say more than what they say on the website. But there is a tutorial up at the NuFace channel here: th-cam.com/video/WEmFTKRiWOE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=gB0i4wl4ew9eWCIy
Thank you for the demo. I use the device to have disperse puffiness under my eyes in the am. You said that it is not helpful to have the light flashes under your eyes but not harmful. Would you mind elaborating? Thank you!
Of course I don't mind. The light flashes are when the current stimulates the nerves there - usually they are triggered by light, so your brain interprets it as light. It isn't harmful as in it will damage the nerve if that happens, but I am very light sensitive and suffer from migraines, so I prefer to avoid it. Do you use it solely against the puffiness or do you use it at the rest of your face as well?
@@DoctorAnne Thank you for your excellent response. That makes sense and fortunately, I do not suffer from migraines. I was just concerned that it may damage the nerves or my eyes in some way. I was using the device regularly a few years ago and then stopped. Lately, my skin has become noticeably drier which I am attributing to the heater and cold weather now. Thus, I am seeing some plumping of the skin (which you pointed out is the NuFace get humectant) and also some lifting under the eyes. Mainly it feels very soothing and does diminish some fluids from sleeping. I use in the am and am 67 years old. I used to have very good elasticity in my skin but of course now a lot less. Sagging and loss of fat in my face is not so flattering. I don't really expect this device to help a lot but it may help with muscle tone according to your report. Lastly, I am conservative with skin care investments but it is also a top priority! Thus, I did not purchase the two pronged attachment. I find that angling one ball is adequate and two as I pull away to the outer corners. I did not know that they had an LED attachment. I wonder how beneficial that is. I know you have a separate device :) Thanks for your informative videos. I just discovered your channel today! Sarah
@@saraharnold6028 If there was a risk for permanent damage done to the skin, there would be an explicit warning to not go near the eyes, so you can rest assured there. Just like you I assume the device will not make major changes, but help a little bit - and over time, every little bit help, so I am willing to keep doing it. Especially as it does feel good in this case.
i tried to use my device with serum containing copper PCA, current was so strong that my mussels contract. Device supposed to work with 400uA strength ...but with this serum effect was like for EMS I'm disappointed about how to control current strength as it so depends from conducting gel and topical application
Thank you very much Dr. Anne 🙏🏼 I use the Foreo, and I will definitely try to incorporate the part of the neck, as I wasn’t doing it until now. How low on the neck would you recommend to go?
If you want to target the neck, start a little love the collarbones and move upwards. But Foreo has an app with tutorials to follow, no? Don't they have one on the neck on there?
@@DoctorAnne I used the app tutorials only for the first week and I wasn’t very excited about it 🙈 so I continued using the device without the app. I will definitely check it out to see the new tutorials! Thank you so much for your response and for the excellent videos!! 🙏🏼
@@DoctorAnne I really like that you are here for your fans and how we can turn to you for anything. I just want to add that you are right - Foreo app has a detailed tutorial on the treatment and it is said that there are areas where microcurrent devices shouldn't be used and their manual says why. Any serious brand does proper research
@@taylorhobbs3511 I think these apps with tutorials are amazing especially for people new to these devices so they can get an idea how it works and how it should or should not be used.
What would your favorite drink to go with this routine be?
this is so timely! I've just ordered nuface mini ❤️
What a coincidence! I hope that helps you going along.
That was an amazing video! Really showed me what I should be doing. Thanks.
I am glad you found it helpful.

Do you use any yourself?
When doing in the morning, should shower before or after treatment? Or would it not matter? Hi from Australia
It wouldn't matter for performance. I usually wash my face afterwards, so I'd do it before showering.
Hi Anne, thanks so much for this tutorial. Could I please ask - how can I use the mini device to help with crows feet?

But the devices come with the gel for a reason - using something else will of course alter the effect.
Will this device be safe to use if I have melasma? Thank you!
I would say yes, as it doesn't generate heat in the skin, but it is always advisable to check in with your doctor for recommendations specific to you.
Is it normal if it hurts in the forehead part?
It isn't always comfortable, but there shouldn't be real pain.
