@@BackpaCooking 我在Costco 買嘅一包魚和你介紹嗰隻都好似,不過我切時發覺質地應有分別,魚肉本身較硬身,唔似我在香港買嗰種越南魚柳。攪拌後都唔太稀爛,有較大粗粒,我再攪多幾次。煮後只覺唔太爽彈。味道都可以。我會在英國超市再買你介紹嘅魚柳再試。多謝你的回覆。🫶🏻
