Why would you start Cowing over Conley? Conley had some clutch catches last season.

Yeah he's not playing this year.
This isn't going to be a good season. Too many players are going to be getting hurt sooner and more often. Just too old of a roster.

Doesn’t matter which WR is available if the O-line keeps getting steamrolled every pass play. I saw Brendel on his back at least 3 times 🆚 Minnesota.
I know the 49ers' offensive line took a lot of heat, but I honestly don't think they were nearly as bad as everyone made them out to be. They will always take the heat, but there were only two sacks that I would place squarely on the O-line.
This is going to super controversial, but we should give Jauan and Conley touches as the 1 and 2 receiver.
Everyone keeps commenting this. But we paid him 30 million per year. He had to step up regardless. What really changes is we also need more from Guerendo or Taylor Jr (or bring back Breida), and some more from Cowing.
Could be a bad year of injuries... Relatively injury free last year...Two years of long play-off runs...Lotz of Old Guys???
I looked at the remaining season schedule and from what I see the way the team is playing, I see this team with a season ending record of 8-9, and missing the playoffs! Can we hire the Chiefs defensive coordinator, who has won more Super Bowl in the past five years than anyone else?! Shanahan is just not a good head coach!

NOBODY rests up after a long post-season. ALL of the 49er vets are aged beyond their years because of all the deep post season runs. This is the season that really begins to show. There are going to be injuries galore that happen.
Deebo hasn’t looked the same so far this season for whatever reason. Brock isn’t getting rid of the ball as fast as he has in the past. Could well be coverage though. Definitely missing Pearsall. Not his fault obviously but now was his moment to shine. Probably best to rotate backs and start pounding the ball with occasional play action to Kittle, Juz and Juan to keep them honest. Not sure the answer but way to early in the season to have this much doubt. Guys hurt, guys not in game shape, safeties not sure of the game plan, best prospect not available. Doesn’t sound like winning culture at the moment. Sounds like a company with talented employees that are just collecting checks and that’s usually because of poor management. And that doesn’t seem right but that’s what it looks like from a distance. 🤷🏽♂️❤️💛💪
I think Deebo looked good in the first two games. He had 13 catches for 164 yards and made some tough catches over the middle.
@@mattmaiocconfl I agree Deebo and Mason were the best thing about the offense the past 2 games. Kittle, Juice & Jennings get honorable mentions. We need them to step up big the next few games as well as BA. I really think Vikings game was an anomaly, where the offense couldn't get in a rhythm, but kind of hard when the offense line is not playing to the capabilities. Defense and Special Teams need to play better also. All around bad game from all 3 sides. Good teams find ways to bounce back from a horrible loss...
His running ability I mean. Should have been more specific. He catches the ball and is tackled. They hand him the ball and he is tackled. Haven’t seen him do anything with his legs yet. Just doesn’t look the same to me. 👍🏼
Aiyuk has been a non factor. He isn't playing like a 30 APY player.
BA ain't stepping up to anything. He looks fat, out of shape and slow.
No player EVER misses the entire training camp and plays well. Never happens.
