How to Smoke Chicken like a Boss

- In this video, I will be showing my "Smoked Chicken in a Bag Method" for Juicy Smoked Chicken each and every time. This is a simple method that I developed when I sold my Smoked Chicken at work. I am using a 3lb Chicken in this video.
The key to this method is that you season the chicken underneath the skin. Look, if you are going to take the time to do something you might as well do it the right way. Think about the times you have been at a barbecue with a beautiful piece of grilled chicken on your plate. And then as soon as you take the first bite the entire skin comes off and takes all the flavor with it or the skin is chewy like bubblegum. Look there is a better way. Let me show you. 3 LB Chicken
Salt-Free Seasoning Rub of your choice
Raw Cane Sugar (Turbinado)
Plain Salt (for the Brine)
Water
Cook Temperature:
300 Degrees Indirect Heat
Simple Rub:
1 Part Granulated Garlic
1 Part Granulated Onion
1/2 Part Black Pepper or Pepper Blend
