I can't sit or lay on my left side. It's been over 7 years, and it's gradually getting worse. I recently learned it was tendinosis. How can I get help? This seems so rare, I don't know anyone with it, specifically what I have. Also, I'm 63, and the pain is not in my hips, no pain with walking, or standing no pain typically, but I am still aware of the feeling in my left glute when standing even, it just isn't painful then. Otherwise, pretty much everything else causes pain.
Had no idea true reactive tendons typically last longer than reactive on degeneration. I thought it was the other way around. Thanks for asking the question
So is doing isometrics or slow heavy resistance without compression essentially using a resistance band, in most cases? I'm assuming that without compression means without the weight of the body on the tendon
Amazing not many people discuss Tendinopathy
