Glad he's still in the game. Class act.

Roger plays a lot like me in that we both use a racket to hit the ball. End comparison.

well u pay to use a racket to hit the ball, he get paid and given a racket to hit the ball. That's a huge difference of comparison.

I wish I had gone to one of his practice sessions when I was at the 2018 US Open. Did get to see him play twice though :D (and thankfully, neither of them were the Millman match).

And why is that? Imagine your racket weighs 360 grams or even 375, with a balance 30,5 cm => that gives you such huge impact on the ball. The best you can see it in the beginning, when they strike real casual, the speed the ball gets with only a minor stroke ... However, it demands strong arms, so one can handle the weight effortlessly, to strike without a need to use force - it 's a golden combination. You should try it. I did it for a few months and it felt wonderful, however, after 3-4 months my elbow started to protest, but it gave my quite a good feeling, to push the balls so deep in the field so easily ...

see for instance: th-cam.com/video/DZDjr_LMIRI/w-d-xo.html in order to shift the balance of your racket (add weight/tuning)
