長い間塩漬けだった山手幹線の芦屋市内の未整備区間も阪神大震災をきっかけに一気に整備が進みましたね。住宅街の中を突っ切る設計なので懸念事項はいろいろありましたが、便利になりましたが交通量もそれほど増えず一安心です。
