I just found out about you through your Media is changing... big time video, but I am thankful for the inspiration. I am pursuing my major after changing university and want to make a change for the better, hopefully I can follow in your steps somewhat and make it work.

Jules, I find your content to be extremely engaging and relatable, but like many of us, the social and long-term pressures of my digital footprint have kept me from speaking my mind about it until now. Personally, I've been wanting to create a similar form of content for quite some time, but my self-actualization-seeking perfectionism surrounding my personal image and creative vision has severely hindered my willingness to share such thoughts and ideas. Nevertheless, I do genuinely love this space and the people/users we share it with, and I've always felt this inclination to improve it in some way, whether it be directly or indirectly. With that said, I think your content has immense value in the sense that it allows us to stay connected, and thus formulate thoughts and ideas on prevalent subjects through our own unique perspectives as we embark on this evolutionary journey together. As long as these types of interactions occur, we are ultimately utilizing the full potential of humanity's interconnective development that these platforms have to offer. I think it's important to keep in mind that our digital footprints are so much deeper than the things we say, send, or share. To anyone reading this who is like me and typically refrains from leaving a "direct" digital footprint, just know that just being here to digest certain thoughts and information is its own form of contribution. I believe that if we simply continue to connect and look out for one another in this space, then perhaps we can collectively overcome the fear of rejection preventing some of us from speaking our minds, sharing our thoughts, and leaving a direct digital footprint in the first place. Clearly, we have already formed a group of wonderful like-minded people, and this community is still a fetus in terms of overall impact in the big picture. So, to Jules and to anyone else reading this who has in any way participated in advancing our overall development and evolution in the digital world, thank you for inspiring me. I look forward to learning, growing, and exploring this realm together. Let's get it.

That last line about it being healthy to question our technology is much needed especially with what Apple just announced. Much like smartphones and social media grew up together, AR/VR and Generative AI are also growing up together. And there is much to question about those technologies before they new problems they will create alter our society.
I moved to the middle of no where. I felt lonely after a while and found myself diving deeper into the digital world. Twitch, Discord, TH-cam, Instagram. I would catch myself talking about my "online friends" to my real friends. Eventually I stopped getting invites to go out with friends. I thought it was fine because after all I got my online friends right? I have never felt so lonely in my life than I do now. Social media has ruined my life.
