Sound even more imperious than the original. I love it. I never thought I'd see a piano version of one of my favorite Demon's Souls songs. Ho ho ho hoho!
Every time I think I've heard the most badass cover of a souls soundtrack, I always find an entirely new channel with a shitload of new souls covers to enjoy.
Josiah York Well, I think I've done more arrangements from the Souls series than anyone else (please correct me if I'm wrong), so regarding shitloads(/quantity) of covers, I think I'm king^^ Also, feel free to post a list of those channels if you want to. I'm always interested in how others arranges these games' music.
DrJekyll MrHeil most of them are metal covers, but as far as I know, Songe does a few metal and a few acoustic covers. Then there's Utumaru (Utamaru? Idk too lazy to look it up :p) of course. LittleVmills is probably my favorite for bloodborne covers (at least from what we have so far) and then there's Miracleofsound, who actually wrote two original songs based off the souls games (and a bloodborne song too!) There's probably others that I'm forgetting to mention, but if I remember them I'll post them here. EDIT: and already I forgot Alex Roe. I'm slow today xD
Yes he is pretty good. I think when he said challenging like a souls game it meant it is hard but super satisfying when you finish them. Are you going to do more souls themes? Because your work is amazing......
Yiftach Zabary I think I could play all games in the Souls series back to back faster than I could learn to play this piece, so for me it's a very, very, very challenging.^^ Yeah I'm going to do more from the Souls games, but also from other games. (I'm actually working on some Shin Megami Tensei arrangements right now.)
[biased] NOooooOOooooO! Never compromise on difficulty! [/biased] Seriously though, if you're worried about something being to hard and don't want to do two versions of the sheets, ossias are the classic solution.
This one sounds so different (in the coolest possible way) from the original! Nice job again, man.
Otzdarva Thanks, man!
Coming back to this several years later and im really surprised how much it resembles the remake version of the song actually

+DraconicLich Thanks!
I was pretty surprised too when I found myself thinking: "this might actually work..." ^^

+Josiah York and Alex roe he does some pretty sweet remixes
Loved the ending.
You hear the original song?
That is what fromsoft
sounds like each time you
die in their games.
This has a jazzy sort of feel to it at the start. I like it!
This is so good
one of my favourite boss themes in demons souls
+The End You're one of my favorite bosses of all time.
+Matthew Etter they dont make bosses like me anymore :(
I don't play on Piano, but my friend plays and he says it's challenging "like a souls game". Good work on that one. Better then the original.
Yiftach Zabary Interesting, your friend has to be pretty good to only call it 'challenging'.^^
Also, thank you!

Mark Andrews Hmm, ossias do seem like a good choice. I'll probably give it a try the next time I find myself in a situation like this.
Maybe I should have found this before I decided to make an orchestra version. But I guess I found some of the right notes at least haha
For some reason
