- After speedrunning Super Mario Odyssey since the game came out I finally had the opportunity to try out Luigi's Balloon World. Here's how it went...

The balloon at 10:05 is like an astrophysicist trying to do basic math; so used to the complicated stuff that they overthink the simple.
That was amazing live; was actually his 4th try. Knowing where the balloon was and seeing him completely go by it was amazing.

Man, that luncheon one behind the painting was amazing (that was my balloon)...seeing him struggle on all the fairly close balloons (and the successes, like Lost he did on first try) was amazing. Also, FIRST TRY on the Luncheon one on the mountain...totally...definitely not like 300th...aaaa

Well, as proved by the 9000 coin dunkey balloon: just because you know where it is doesnt make it easy.
I love how he hides ballons on stream then posts them on youtube

I didn't realise that they added time for people to find balloons, so i spent hours optimising my route to get my balloon in place. Turns out it didn't matter because Ant couldn't find it anyway lul

the seeker gets an additional 5 seconds to find a balloon, you found a balloon that had 4 seconds to seek, it took the hider -1 seconds to hide it
(Yes I know coins were used to manipulate the seeker time)

No seekers get a +33% time increase, that's how 40 sec balloons exist

Very fun. I do wish there could be a separation of out of bounds balloons and regular, so we could know what we're getting into. It's annoying "finding" the balloon hidden in a wall and having no idea how to get to it.

@@PsychOsmosis Also, the loads are a ton faster in 1.3 than 1.0, makes up for about 6 seconds more than the glitches in 1.0 save.
