Just got the bottles I ordered -- less than 72 hours! Have not opened the gin yet, but I am sipping on the Honey Whiskey -- just a little since still afternoon.. I had gathered from your review that Art thought there was not a strong honey taste. I would agree with that, and would prefer it to have more. However, it is very smooth and certainly will warm me up on cool evenings!
That's fantastic. So glad to hear you got them that fast. Glad that it wasn't just me with the honey taste. Since you're like me, and really enjoys honey, you should see if you can locate The Whistler - Irish Honey Whiskey. It comes through with more of the honey flavor. . @@SpiritedWrenchers Don't see that showing up in our stores here in NC. I know I should not take expensive whiskey and mix it with something, but given the lack of honey flavor in this one, I did just that. Poured it into a tall glass of apple cider and it is great combo!

I agree! Found another good use this evening. Used it to make a Black Manhattan. Ever have that? Two ounces of whiskey or bourbon, 1 ounce of Montenegro brand Amaro (or another, but this is my fave , and two Luxardo brand Maraschino cherries. Very good with this whiskey! @@SpiritedWrenchers

Dana, I took your advice and did not delay in ordering this limited edition. Just ordered two of the Honey (plus a barrel-finished gin so I could get the free shipping). Looking forward to my own taste test. Keep up the great job!
