I love Zulily, I just bought some gifts last night. I have even bought furniture (small pieces) very good quality. I live in the country so for example I have two mail carriers male and female. Last year I bought them both nice gloves and lotion. This year I have a yankee candle for her still thinking on him. I have one UPS driver and that’s my brother lol 😂 he always request my famous fantasy fudge! I will think of your link, I have a couple more purchases for sure from Zulily. I find things like fish oil, Vitamin D, Turmeric and anti inflammatory foods help alot. 😊 Hope you are feeling well, you look fantastic!

This vlog was fun! There is another TH-cam channel called “downshiftology” and she does lots of gluten free and dairy free recipes -her vegan mashed potatoes taste better to me than mashed potatoes made with dairy!

I really enjoyed your video as usual.💗 I try to go gluten free but occasionally I will eat a few regular crackers when I'm hungry and dont have anything else.🙈 I enjoy cassava pasta/spaghetti from Amazon cook and drain and I dice and season chicken breast then saute in a little olive oil then add chopped onion, bell peppers, garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper. I then add the cooked pasta to this. You can also add spinach and cheese if you like. You could also use shrimp or ground meat or even sausage instead of the chicken.
