I love the colors you use, so pretty. My tree is a Walmart flocked slim 6 foot. I am using almost all Walmart red and white ornaments, plus white, and shades of pink. Last year Walmart put out some cute white with red gingham check or stripes. They go so well together. In addition, they had some pretty white furry or flocked ornaments. So, mine will be snowy with fun white and red figural ornaments, and ribbon. I am surprising my mom with a 4 foot flocked tree (from Walmart) with a similar theme as mine. She is 86 and decided that the big trer will not be going up this year, even though I put up all her 200 plus ornaments. Dad and my brother died in April (Covid related), so it is hard this season. I hope the surprise, pretty, custom tree I am doing will put a smile on her face. Love, love, love your colors.
I love the way the ribbon strips look, so last year I did this on my tree. BUT our kitten liked it, too, and he took it all off every night after we went to bed. My kids had to re-decorate the tree every morning!
Hi Carin, two yrs. ago I bought a flocked prelit 7.5ft. Tree from Holly Lobby and my color scheme was white, teal and silver in my family room including all the wrapping paper. I loved it so much that I think I bought the same tree as yours from Walmart and in my formal living room , I am doing blush, gold and white! Pink and teal are my two favorite colors! Your tree is beautiful 🎄 Love the mantle as well…the houses are super cute, but may I suggest that you replace the red bows and the green garland above the door with gold shimmering ribbon or even the choices that you showed for the garland above your clothes shelf…just a suggestion…the green and red are just TOO bold and bright and everything else is so soft and soothing 💕

I like to switch it out each year. I love the flocked trees and garland best, but my pets put everything in their mouths and it’s toxic, so I can’t have it. Can’t wait to see you decorate more!
My dream one day if I had to say for a Christmas tree would be a balsam Christmas tree yes they’re a bit pricey but they remind me of the quality of the trees when I was a kid the plastic that doesn’t get all squished up and messed up in the box it stays good year after year but for this year as I’ve done for the past two I have some mini trees in my closet I will just put them up and put the clear lights for the bedroom tree and most likely the colored lights for the living room tree since they’re really small I’m probably not going to put the decorations just no lights and maybe a bow on the top or star for both trees but one day if ever I have a house or someplace with more space I would love to get the tree up top and yes it is expensive but my mother had one end it was just a great quality tree and my mom was really good at decorating treesShe would actually take hours at times just to put everything just as she imagined it in her head or better
My second Christmas tree when I first moved here the theme was pink and silver with the balls wrapped all around the tree and then I had bills that were silver and pink and we tied it together with pink ribbon and then we made a big pink and silver bowl on top of the tree that was probably my best Christmas tree but space being limited and the quality
