Love those ‘67 Brocks. To me, the’67’s are Topps best looking set and also the best Cardinal team (fan here) in my lifetime. I really enjoyed last nights live stream also. Informative and fun. Just a bunch of guys enjoying the hobby.
Love that 61’ Norm Cash. Always thought he was way under appreciated. Thanks for the video Sammy. You helped inspire me to upload my first video here on TH-cam!
Really nice cards- thanks for going through them so fast. You show how 1962 @6:48 and 1971 @11:30 cards are harder to find with nice corners/edges compared to other years. @12:40 1974 Jesus Alou No Position @13:27 Hostess Aaron- Yikes Drunken Scissors.
Hi Sammy. Those are some amazing looking cards and that was cool that you both were able to work a deal on them. Good luck at the shows this weekend. I'm looking forward to seeing those videos.
What a collection you picked up!! Terrific find!! You really hit the jackpot with these amazing vintage cards in awesome shape!! These cards will sell fast at your shows!!
Jerry took care of his cards and was so gracious in bestowing the trust in me to take them home and allow me to look them over. We made a great deal and had a great chat to follow.
I almost didn't click on your video because i didn't recognize your new logo. I recognized your opening music after i clicked on it. Good luck at the Philly show. Great collection pickup Man i love vintage. Just class
@SammyThunder unfortunately i won't be able to make it to the national, one of these years. I'm doing a lot of bicycle racing this year, peaking for the Leadville 100 mtb race 8/10 so that takes up a lot of time and money.
Nice additions to your stock. Jerry must watch you enough to feel comfortable about sending cards home with you for evaluation. I have had that happen to me several times with coins and paper currency. It is an honor for someone to put their trust and confidence in me like that. Good luck at the shows.
Jerry jokingly said, "I don't know whether to like you or dislike you because after every show, my wallet is empty." He buys some great cards from some other dealers. It feels great to help connect collectors to other dealers. It helps develop good relationships with the dealers and Jerry. It's a winning situation for everyone.
Many nice cards - surely they will keep people looking through your inventory. Nice to be at the right place at the right time to meet up with Jerry and these cards. Another good benefit of being on TH-cam!!
Thanks John. It's challenging to keep track because a lot happens during these shows. However, I built a spreadsheet of all the players, so I think I'll be able to manage well.
Yet another nice assortment of cards for you to sell. You have made some great purchases lately. I of course noticed the Orbit pin. These pins came in two variations, numbered and unnumbered. Nice find.
What do you mean Sammy, by sadly Orioles won 1970 World Series?! Sadly they didn't win the '71 World Series! Lol...are you a Reds fan? I forget. Good luck at the card show !!
@@SammyThunderIt's all good, lol. I just hope to witness an O's World Series in my life time. They haven't won in 41 years. I think this could be the year though! Hopefully
I'm confused. You connect Jerry with a couple shows, then he quickly comes back to you at the second one and gives you a large stack of ungraded vintage he'd just bought. You take them home, evaluate, buy them, and shiow them on your channel one by one.Why did Jerry buy them in the first place? Maybe I missed something.
whew..topps baseball. Never seen them before
I knew you wouldn’t let me down.

Thank you. That 67 Brock does not get picked up at card shows. It’s a very difficult card to sell.
@@SammyThunder Wow, but then again Im in SW In. with a bunch of fellow Cardinal fans.
At any rate, GREAT pickups!

Lol. Drunken Scissors. Love it!
Nice stack of some great looking cards. Good luck at the show!
Thanks Drew. Today went very well
Good luck at the show. Not worried about SGC at all.
Thanks Eddy. I’m with you. I’m remaining optimistic
Great video! Really doesn’t surprise me at all. You seem like such an amazing and genuine dude. He’s obviously a good judge of character
Thank you for the kind words
Hi Sammy. Those are some amazing looking cards and that was cool that you both were able to work a deal on them. Good luck at the shows this weekend. I'm looking forward to seeing those videos.
Thanks Jim. These sort of deals are always the most fulfilling and worthwhile!
Great cards Sammy, what a trusting guy Jerry. Very cool that you made the deal, congrats to both of you.
Jerry is top notch. I'm still honored and feel so good about making the deal with him.
Great pickups! I’ll be at Fishkill tomorrow. Hope to pick up a few from this lot!
Awesome James. Look forward to running into you!

Sammy- Just amazing ‘50’s ‘60’s & ‘70’s pickups. Pardon me for drooling!
Here's a bucket!
@@SammyThunder hahaha. Wish I could be at your show Saturday to buy some of them.

Great collection pickup
Man i love vintage. Just class
Thanks Lee. Yeah, the new logo is a bit different lol. I hope you're doing well man! Will you be coming out to The National this year?

Great pickups for your inventory! Should have some solid demand! Good luck at the show!
Thanks Darren. I think so too.
I can’t wait to look through these in Garfield! Great stuff Sammy!
Thanks Mook. Can’t wait for this weekend. Card show weekends are the best

Absolutely Craig. It's a nice benefit and what a token of respect from Jerry. The respect is on both sides in this case too. Such a nice guy!
Great cards, Sammy. It'll be cool to know how many you're able to move this weekend. Hope you have two great shows.
Thanks John. It's challenging to keep track because a lot happens during these shows. However, I built a spreadsheet of all the players, so I think I'll be able to manage well.

Thanks man. I don’t know anything about the pins so your help is greatly appreciated!
Hi Sammy. Those 50 / 60 / 70 cards you picked up all look really sharp. Well done my friend. Talk soon pal.
Thanks Stephen. Hope you’re doing well!
Hi Sammy. All is good my friend. Really looking forward to Strongsville, to see you all. Good luck this weekend pal.@@SammyThunder
Nice collection. Congrats - must be tempting to keep a few.
It is, but it’s best if they go into the hands of another 😎
Nice collection pickup.
Thanks Stuke! Remind me, will I see you at Strongsville? Forgive me if I've asked numerous times.
@@SammyThunder I won't be at Strongsville. I'll be in the Dallas area, working the Investiblia show the week before. Hope you have a great time.
Great cards Sammy! Nice Inventory for the shows
Thanks Jason
That 1974 Jesus Alou is a no position error card. Check it out.
Yeah, I saw that! Good eyes!
hey..good evening..Sammy 😊
Good evening
Are the 61 batting leader, 63 ERA, 63 batting leader, and/or the 63 home run leaders cards available for sale?
I would love to go to a show, but that’s definitely too much of a hike.
Yes. They are for sale. Email me at Sammythundercards@gmail.com

SGC should only grade vintage only

Yeah. I slipped up on that lol. I had some sort of brain fart.

Jerry had these cards for quite some time. He didn’t just buy them the same day.
Rusty Staub pronounced “Stob” and Jerry Reuss pronounced “Royce”. Just sayin’…😎
Thanks man. Pronunciation is not my strength 😎
