Hi John! You’ve picked up some beautiful cards in the 3 years you’ve been back in the hobby! All the 54 Topps cards are sweet, one of my favorite sets! Love both Teddy’s! It might be worth it to crack the 250 out of the slab and send it to PSA for another opinion if you can’t find the erasure mark. The 52 Topps Hodges is a beauty! Red Man cards are so nice, I like the Reese. I have that one minus the tab! That Macgregor Mays is awesome! A Hank Aaron rookie card would be the cornerstone of many collections! Well Done! 👍🏻
New subscriber John! Very nice cards & solid list. The 1967 is one of my favorite Mantle from the sixties too. I like your video production showing cards the way you do & your appropriate yet not excessive commentary.
Thanks so much, I appreciate it, though sometimes I may border on excessive... I do try to pay mind to that -- we all have lots of card content we want to watch!
Very nice top 25! The 54 Topps are so sharp. Too bad the Williams #250 graded as erased. It’s a beauty! Thanks for sharing your list and for going over the values, John.
Thanks, Hugo! Yeah, tough on the Authentic but for whatever reason Erased to me doesn't seem quite as bad as Evidence of Trimming. I enjoy having it for the eye appeal alone.
John, So many awesome cards.😢that 1954 Teddy 🍒🍒 actually every 54’ you picked up is nuts and complete set 🤯. That cracker jack holy smokes. Thanks for sharing 🤙🤙
Thanks, Dylan. Yeah, that Ted 250 grade was unfortunate, but I think it's still a very nice card. Looks great in the slab. Have a great 2024 and hope to see you in Cleveland this summer!
Great list John! I still need to add the 54 to my Willie run and yours is beautiful. Seeing a Cracker Jack in a 7 grade makes it feel like looking at a reprint it’s so well preserved and gorgeous. Great job.
Thanks, John! It's great that in 1915 Cracker Jack had the idea to offer mail-order sets to make strong examples possible. Hope you get your '54 Willie soon, Topps or Bowman!
John you have a sick collection! I think if I ever collected a set, it would probably be 54. You have a great eye for well centered, cards with great color. Congrats on a great collection in a short time period!
Thanks, Theo! You know, just like with Robinson, I really should aim for another playing era Clemente this year. I have his 70 and 73 but I want him younger! All the best in '24!
Thanks. Right now, my goal focus is on finishing the '78 Hall of Fame run. I have nine to go and will post an update video probably in the next week. In terms of building full sets, not so much vintage right now but the Topps Chrome Platinum Anniversary product has caught my attention. I've completed the first two.
John, loved the vintage baseball card Top 25 countdown! I’m getting closer to making my first video but would love the opportunity to talk with you first. You mentioned your email address in this video. Where could I find that? I appreciate your content and feedback. Thanks! Tom
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it... I included an email at the bottom of the description box. I will go out of my way to say, though, that there are many, MANY other content creators who could offer more and better insights on making videos. For the most part, I press record on my phone and start talking, lol.
Awesome video John! I love the 54 set and you have some really sweet cards that are all on my hit list. I was thinking of putting a list together for my cards even though I don't own any comma cards. Really enjoyed this it will be fun to see how it changes after 2024.
Thanks, Steve! I imagine the list will change quite a bit a year from now. It'd be awesome to see your list, especially how much you collect football and basketball in addition to baseball. That would be really interesting!

Thanks, Jim -- that's awesome of you to say, I really appreciate it! And I will keep that suggestion in mind re: the Ted 250!
Nice collection, good luck in 2024.
Thanks, and likewise -- all the best in your 2024 collecting journey.

My favorite set is also the t205. I am looking for a nice Mathewson
A T205 Mathewson in any condition probably would be in my top 5 all-time wish list, certainly top 10. Good luck on your search!
Bro that soto u sold was nice

Aaron and Banks for the win! Love the Cracker Jack card. Beautiful card.
Thanks very much! The Cracker Jacks are quite something in any grade.
Awesome collection John! Love that MacGregor Mays!
Thanks, Scott! Happy New Year!
Great list. With the 54 set complete are you working on finishing any others?

Great cards! Love the 54 set. Beautiful Hank rookie!
Thanks so much!
Awesome collection John! Love the Aaron and Banks rookies! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks, Darren -- Happy New Year, and looking forward to the rest of your countdown!
Another great one
Happy New Year!
Vintage is the best! The 1955 style is one of my favorite...and the 57's...first year of real photography...good stuff...hooked on cardboard!!
Hi John. Sorry. Thought I had already subscribed to your channel. But I have now. Great vid as always! Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it, and thank you for suscribing!

Nice stuff bud 👍 Happy new year 👊
Do you suggest buying raw, or graded? I prefer to buy raw, due to the pricing..but if you add the cost of grading a card, I'm not sure which is best..
