Anna, I so LOVED this grounding video with the deep Spiritual concepts like, "The driftwood has been bashed around" or battered, but "it makes it more beautiful, more adaptive, and more nurturing":)!!! And I also LOVED the Tiger Eye that balances and expresses confidence as much as confidence in stopping the Gas Lighting by saying, "That is no t true" about me:)!! And I so LOVE that said, "We can ask the driftwood if we could ask it to lend us humbly to borrow some of its energy, adaptability":)!! Thank you so much, Tim!! Sometimes these sessions can activate certain aspects of our subconscious. If they're unpleasant dreams you could always do a clearing before drifting off. :)

I made it through the hurricane in NJ a few days ago, and count myself lucky for saving myself and my car. I would have drowned my engine in knee-thigh deep water had it not been for the kind strangers who let me into their home for the night. (Their house was the highest elevation on the block). I thought I was fine with the whole event but I'm realizing tonight that I guess I'm not?
