This was so powerful! I got a headache, had bad anxiety and could not sleep and felt sick and some diarrhea. Perfect timing for this as I am trying to release toxins from my body and stop inflammation from sugar and stress and starting to get back on a healthy diet again. My intention was to cut my toxic eating behavior and get rid of negativity in general. Today, I subconsciously starting even making better food choices. In fact as the day went on I stopped having sugar and bad food cravings and just wanted water. I felt 10x better and the jitters/dizziness reduced after getting a massage too like it moved that energy out of there and I feel brand new. I even passed up on an after massage starbucks. I usually know reiki is working when I get side effects, Thank you for this wonderful much needed session! Guess I had a lot of toxins to clear!
