I am moving too as our landlord is moving back to their home. I am so stressed as we need to find a place. I too found comfort in this video. Especially when she says you’re going to be okay and her soothing voice. Also, reading your post made me feel like I’m not alone.

I’m a diver so going diving really helps calm me because it’s like being in another world. It’s like being in space floating along. It’s a very mindful thing to do.

I love the Tuning Fork. I'm glad you're using it pretty often. Have you ever watched Cassie Spires videos? She is the Goddess of the Tuning Forks in my opinion. Not quite ASMR or Reiki but definitely Energetic Healing.

I like that video. Love it. How she tries out new things like she is my avatar but she also is herself. For clearing I use the sound and smell of rain, but also jewelry like a small golden ring with splits of white and cyan diamands
