Great to see this, im interested in cycling history and having these people in the room. Matt and Dave riding in the 1990's Pippa in 80's is just brill.
I could listen to this lot everyday without much effort and having Pippa and David Millar was a bonus ( I’m a Scot! ) This is what I do every time I meet my cycling mates. We can tell stories about all the crazy stuff we did and would do it all over again, Great to listen in on this episode. Superb!
What a great show. Such a great change to listen in on an informed, un-hurried and intelligent discussion - sadly missing from TV these days. My highlight of 2018 was Wout van Aert at Strade Bianchi. That's grit.

Love the big range of fan (Stuart) to elder statesman (David) and the whole thing feels natural. Matt is such a charismatic charmer in front of the camera. Pippa shone a light on Yates quite rightly.

What a fantastic show. Great guests, a relaxed atmosphere with "mineral waters" and the occasional non-bleeped expletive. It's like a cycling dinner party, without the dinner! Subbed and eagerly waiting the next.

Thank you Mr Stephens, that was a much-needed out of season cycling fix. Unhurried, intelligent and entertaining from start to finish it was a real pleasure to watch. You will be doing more I take it? No need to change a thing, the whole show looked good - though I did wonder when you were going to break into song with your classic "Wild World"... ;)
Very interesting 'look back' at races, riders, and their take on Sagan as he burst on to the scene in 2011, with his exuberance and showy mannerisms that took us all by surprise and many have come to appreciate and love. There is no other personality with this kind of excitement, to share with cycling fans. Winning or not, Peter has made his mark. :)

Great chitchat and not to distract from that but I have to admit that I find Pippa absurdly interesting. What a life.
Excellent insights and passion into the sport. Matt, as always, is entertaining (great story teller) and the crew on the initial episode was spot on. The production value looks very nice and it is shot well. One critique - don't use that cutback overhead blur, you don't need it. Can't wait for the next episode.

As I expected a great chat. Actually met Pippa and got her autograph at the Milk Race Chessington and as much as I admired her she seemed at the time a little irascible. Little did I know what she must have been going through. Really pleased to see her on here and she is looking good.

Piss'oles in the snow. Get Carter, Michael Caine, Ian Hendry. Possibly the greatest British gangster films ever. I lodged in Bank St., where it was filmed, when I rode the Tour of the Cheviots Easter 4 Day in, er, 1971 when it was organised by the fantastic Madge Bain, based in Ponteland.
Not a lot of people know that.

Why, disdain & bemusement?
If these persons are going to comment on cycling, perhaps a crash course in science literacy is in order. An entire spectral dimension to all these discussions is thus negated (i.e. talking of Froome's triple). That and York's fairly consistent critique of Sky being avoided makes this something one can perhaps see it for what it is, a fine, stylised waste of time. A little bit like Rouleur magazine itself I suppose.

Call me old fashioned, or a tosser, or a fool, or a trans phobic, I don't care, but I really get turned off whenever "pippa" appears on the TV on Eurosport and now on this video. I just don't like it, sorry.
I'll call you none of those things, as - although you appear aware your comment is out of step with most people - it'd serve no purpose as you say you "don't care". You might, however, consider caring about your comments, yours here wasn't right.
