This themes represents someone who is bad, but also a good person, not a hero, yet not a villian. He/she could have killed Harvey and it didn't, cause as he/she said *You are con artist Harvey, that can't be changed, but this is about who I am*, they meant that they might be a criminal, but not bad person.
