Bo is executing the offensive game plan at a high level and demonstrates the physical tools and football skills required to make plays himself when he needs to. I grew up with some of Bo’s in-laws so have been a fan of his for awhile now. Broncos Country should be thrilled! The future is bright and I’m very confident Bo will keep putting in the work to improve as a QB and leader
His "rookie moments" have been fewer and fewer every week. The 2 bad "habits" we've seen come out this year are: Bailing a little too early in the pocket instead of stepping up and sloppy footwork. It seems like those things have been getting coached out and he's looking better and better. His future is very bright.
So happy for Courtland Sutton. And yes Bo Nix played against 2nd stringers yesterday but some of those throws he made translate against anyone, 2nd stringers or not. Also there's quite a bit of ppl saying they think this is Bo Nix' ceiling, that this is as good as he'll ever be and could even be like a Mac Jones and have one good year. That to me shows just how little they actually know lol this kid is an absolute perfect student of the game and won't settle until he sees himself get better.
This is very good, insightful information. We learned that this is Bo's ceiling level. I can see his ceiling is a bit higher than this game ...especially with more experience he has, then he will be sharper like Brees within 1.5 years from today's date. Why? Because he will get some new 2025 weapons, as some of them have to catch up to the playbook. It will take some time into 2025. It will slow him down a bit depending on how fast the new players can learn from the playbook in 2025, especially with new WR or TE weapons
I don’t see how people could compare him to Jones. Jones is unathletic and has never had great arm strength. Jones did have a good rookie year but it kinda pales in comparison to Bo’s. Bo has a lot more upside
@@coachbronco The other thing to remember is that without a dynamic TE, we're missing probably 1/4 of SP's playbook. There's not a TE on this roster that defenses respect as a legit threat downfield. Just look at the history of the TE's under his scheme: Jason Witten, Jeremy Shockey, Jimmy Graham, Jared Cook. I can't wait to see what Bo can do next year with a new TE.
Well Done as always brother, great breakdown. I don't think I've ever seen us beat a team down so efficiently before, whether against backups or starters. It was the cleanest (besides the odd penalties) game I've seen in a very long time. 🏈 Score: 21-17 Broncos, and lots of running in the snow...if it snows.
I love each and everyone of these that you have done this year on Bo. Thank you! Wouldn't mind some tough love next year but honestly I really enjoy all of your breakdowns. 28-27 Broncos this weekend!
I absolutely love your layout of what the Broncos are doing... Moreover, I believe the dark horse in the playoffs is going to be the receiver named, Devaughn Vele... I really think he's going to be a hero --- down the road; especially, if we can make it pass Buffalo!🤞😉👍
They did exactly what they were supposed to do all year!! Won the games they should have won and learned from mistakes on the ones they lost great job Tim
Hi Tim. This is really good for the Broncos because they're going into the playffs feeling great! Not just emotionally from this fun win, but also physically. We've had some luck with low injuries. Regardless of outcome, the playoffs will be fun. It's always more fun when you never expected it. And when you stuff the predictions back down the analysts' throats because they said you were gonna win 4-5 games this season. 😊
Was at the game and couldn’t figure out why the pitch back by Bo was called a forward pass - thanks so much for your explanation! It was an exciting play, regardless. Bo Nix has brought the fun back into being a Broncos fan!
One thing with that crazy bounce play. I think Bo was putting it in the right place but it got deflected at the goal line too. I didn’t notice until I saw Baldy’s video of it. So Vele was the 5th guy to touch that football after it left Bo’s hand 😂
Encouraging to see Bo stepping up in the pocket instead of bailing too early. The kid looks good and is growing every week. Can't wait to see him in year 2 of this offense with a few weapons.
Missed ya TJ, hope you had a good holiday season! Great breakdown as always; for Denver vs Buffalo, i'm a Broncos fan and I really hope they win (and it's not an impossible feat) but I feel like the Bills win 31-24 unfortunately. But either way i'm really proud of what we accomplished this year with a bright future ahead of us! DB4L
on the boot. i notice that Garrett boles and mike McGlinchey are lined up on the same side with peart on the left side. they sold the run so hard on that play.
Great break down as usual--yours are the best out there IMO. Thanks! My heart as a lifelong fan says Broncos 31--Bills 24, but my mind as a coach is telling me Bills 31--Broncos 24. I hope my heart is right and not my mind. Either way this was an excellent year with +$80M in dead cap hit and a "rebuild" year. Only missing a top-tier Mike (we'll see how Alex Singleton recovers from injury) and a top-tier safety (either one) on D, a top-tier TE (the kid from Penn State would work) and a top-tier/very good RB and a stronger commitment to the running game to make us even more dangerous next year IMO.
I'm a Bills fan but also a big believer in Bo Nix. Recently got back into sports cards and have started a really nice Bo Nix collection, so I guess you could say that I put my money where my mouth is.
The Broncos did what they should have done against this Chiefs team: They beat the brakes off them. If Denver had won say... 17-14, I would be very concerned. Those guys were still trying to play defense and, more than a few times, I saw Steve Spagnuolo looking genuinely angry. I was looking back at Nix's pre-drat report, and one site had Nix graded as a 3rd rounder, "Quality backup with starter potential" and said he compared with Andy Dalton.
The Rookie is no longer a rookie. The last thing you wanna do is give a young team confidence. This is a Homer prediction... 27-19 Broncos. Offense plays efficient, Defense gives up FG's and not TD's Thanks Tim!!! Happy New Year's 🍾 🎉
Bo looks like a veteran QB the way he control the packet that day…The kid is the real deal and Buffalo is going to be very tough, but not impossible! Go Broncos💪🏼🙌🏼🙏🏈😎
Our Broncos have most defiantly earned their ticket to the playoffs. I see Broncos winning 28-24 last possession drive...3 to tie or 7 to win GO BO-RONCOS💪🏽🤠🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏🙏
All of the Chiefs on the field had lots to play for, they were playing hard and there was no laying down. Carson Wentz was playing to start for another team next year. All of the backups played hard to maybe start next year or get a contract for another year. If any of these guys gave a half effort Andy Reid will cut them in the off season. The Chiefs played to win and they got beat.
A very specific prediction for Broncos/Bills Wildcard game: Broncos take an early lead in the game and go into the half up 14-6. Early in the 3rd, KAD picks off Josh Allen and takes it to the house. Bills score a touchdown late in the 3rd to bring the score to 21-13 Broncos. In the 4th, Josh Allen does Josh Allen things. Score at the 2 minute warning: 27-21 Bills. Broncos have a chance at a game-winning drive but fall short due to a clutch Von Miller sack on 3rd down. Payton decides to punt the ball back to the Bills with 1:21 left on the clock. Josh Allen scrambles for a first down on 3rd and long to close out the game. Final score: 27-21 Bills
I don't like people saying how this was only against backups. Yes I understand it but these are NFL players and the broncos just owned them all day. Not getting any points regardless of backups or not is pitiful. The Broncos had so much against them, were ranked the worst roster at the beginning of the year and would win maybe 5 games, and now they are in the playoffs. Haven't been this happy since the super bowl
@@redx3032 Man stop it. Just like what 21jcrandall said other teams won with backups. Backups should be better than that. Plus the chiefs still played some of their starters. This was no damn preseason game.
They didn't just win against backups... The backups went out there and laid down on purpose because they didn't want to see Joe Burrow in the playoffs. You're happy because teams would rather play the broncos 3 times than face Joe Burrow once...? That's pretty sad, dude.
At the end of the day we as Broncos fans have to ignore the general narrative because we know what’s up. We are the ones who had Patrick star use our team as a god damn joke on national television on a major holiday. Pat is somewhere smiling. Bo is a unit and he is driven to win. We will not be one and done we are about to put the NFL on notice the sleeping giant has awoken.
34 - 24 Bills Love that denver is in the playoffs, its been so long and im just happy to be in it. As for the score prediction I think the bills will be able to score touchdows instead if field goals and the broncos wont be able to keep up in a shootout
On that bounce around pass for a TD, my eyes tell me the reason he had to pass it behind the WR is because there was a LB (54) in his throwing lane. He jumped and to me would have at least tipped it if Bo threw it leading the receiver.
Great analysis Tim. I love the Broncos chances against the Bills but they’ll need a perfect game to win in Buffalo. Gonna have to predict Bills 31- Broncos 27
Tim don't hate me for this buuuuuttttt......did you do a breakdown of the Broncos/Bengals game and I just missed it? Or is it - everyone is intitled to some time off over the holidays. ;-)
The touchdown to Sutton was against a guy whose gunna play in the playoffs so I mean....sure McDuffie wasn't in there but Sutton diced McDuffie early in the season so potato tomato
6:22 I think Bo had to throw behind him, because it look like if he threw it alittle more to the right the KC defender Infront of there might of been able to get the ball
Long time watcher, good breakdown as always, but I do wonder why there was no wk17 breakdown on the broncos. Prediction for next week, Broncos 24, Bills 19.
