People won't appreciate how hard the first minute of this video is to play.
The mere fact of having to record it twice for the double track was a nightmare hahaha
It's hard to believe how accurately this cover follows the original. Considering good tabs for songs like this are so hard to find, I can only imagine you must have picked all this up by ear (and then gone on to practice it diligently enough that you're perfectly replicating Petrucci's playing). All I can say is, amazing work pulling off a song as intricate and challenging as this.
Thank you very much Anish, yes, this song was very hard to learn, it's very long and very complicated, the fact that I had to double track the main riff was frightening enough, and then I had to record the next 16 minutes of the song haha, it was quite a challenge! Cheers, Luciano.
