so my mom and some of my siblings live in arligton and I grew up there so here are some pro's and maybe some con's #1 when I was in 5th grade( they still do this) they took most of the district(here are some of the many school's inclued(short, hill, duff, south davis) and many more) the schools are great my little sister who is going into 4th grade is going to one of the schools I talked about. six flags is some much fun and if you go more than 2/3 times a year I highly recommend get a pass. hope this helps:) edit 1 the rangers recently on the world sires and they canceled every scool in the arligton school ditrict and some of the nearby highschool's bands got to be in it and I flew to texas and it was a blast!
I told them this on another video. Everybody doesn’t make 100k+ and have dual incomes. Average person doesn’t even make 50k alone. Them boys tryna get paid though. Higher selling price. Higher commission they retain. It’s simple math.
I’ve lived in Arlington for 5 years. You are either living with the very rich in north Arlington entertainment district area, or in the ghetto everywhere else
Thanks for showing the areas, and taking time explaining different sections of Arlington. Is becoming one of my fav. places when we move. Will definitely contact you guys in the near future.
Are there any areas 125/50-200,000 Any good areas for ppl that's a little less fortunate, everyone can afford the area you guys showed, it was beautiful but I'm just saying.......
Traffic is the worst as they are building apartments everywhere you think will less congested. So forget it the train blocks your commute and the cops will ticket you no matter what
Was offered an interesting job there, I'm from Chile. 32 and girlfriend is 38 (I don't know if we gotta marry but would do so if worth it). Is it easy to make friends there?
I know im a bit late to this video but for anyone wondering they showed some of the worse spots in arlington, no one in arlington likes the new baseball stadium its a garbage place, all the houses they showed were in expensive neighborhoods and there are WAY cheaper living options in better spots that cost less

It would be nice to see neighborhoods with homes selling from 200, 225 and up. Starting at $400,000 is not for everyone.

Check out south arlington for those prices
The only thing that exists in that range are condos and townhomes with high HOA’s
