@@TexasHomesByMike absolutely, only issue is some of the entertainment companies don't want transit because they make bucks on parking. Now if we could convince them to allow the TRE to run BRT or even light rail to it, I'm actually certain that will cover the profits of parking by allowing more people to use the parks without being blocked by it from parking.
I currently live in Arlington transferred here 2 years ago from Downtown Chicago, I love the diversity, has a cool nightlife , yes its traffic lol We are in the center of the DFW, nice restaurants with VERY good food, did I mention diversity from all over the country *Cheers*
welcome in from Chicago! I'd imagine Arlington would be a good spot to land after Chicago. Not too small, not too big, still good access to Dallas and Fort Worth, etc.

Parking is one of the drawbacks of attending a major event there (Rangers games, Cowboys games, concerts) - it’s a nightmare to get out of that area
