Salary Requirements Too Early: Bringing up salary and benefits too early in the interview process can seem presumptuous. It's usually better to wait until the employer brings it up.
Overconfidence or Arrogance: While it's important to be confident, coming across as arrogant can be off-putting. Balance confidence with humility and a willingness to learn.
Gaps in Skills: Avoid emphasizing skills or knowledge gaps. Instead, focus on your strengths and how you are working to improve or fill any gaps.
Plans for a Short Tenure: If you mention that you are only looking to stay with the company for a short period, it can make you seem less committed and reduce your chances of being hired.
Confidential Information from Previous Jobs: Sharing proprietary or confidential information from your past jobs is unethical and can raise red flags about your discretion and integrity.

Hi bro Good morning, I workred as devops enginner in cognizent, after i got health issus i resigned. after cured my health i joined some non it company unfortunatily they created pf account. that pf history is added Now i want to join in software. getting any issus regarding PF account or BG verification.
My answer for first question is , I am looking for good break for either salary wise as well as to work on different types of projects as a change . Which helps me to improve my skills enhancement.

I don't know about your qualification, but you could search in internet for sample written exam questions for TCS, Infosys, HCL, Tech. Mahindra... etc. You may get some idea.
Differences between required skills and Preferred Skills cheppandi.. we usually see these in job descriptions

Hi bro what is the scope for the freelancing jobs around 60yrs age either in india or abroad.? With good skills. Hope you reply for sure, and before , I have worked in different countries around 10.,😅 please don’t mind grammatical errors and hope you dig for gist of the story of above said.
First of all it feels really good to know that someone is interested to do work that too freelancing at 60 ! There are many opportunities as a Freelancer you can get, but it really depends on what is the skill set you have, if you mean technical skills, yes there are really good opportunities, but competition is very high , but I sincerely wish you get success !
